Anthony M. Gogliormella, Sr., 81, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Heritage Hall in Leesburg following a long illness.
Surviving is his wife of 61 years, Dorothy M. Gogliormella; his daughter, Nancy Golio-Iannetti, his daughter, Susan M.Lutman (Tommy); his Sister, Josephine Gogliormella, nine grandchildren: Dan, Joe, Ryan, Elise, Chris, Georgia, Lauren, Stephen, and Nikki; eight great-grandchildren; and many relatives & friends.
Born and raised in Milford, MA, the son of Emilio and Maria Gogliormella, he was a lifelong resident of Loudoun county and Summerfield, FL .
In his early years, Tony graduated from Milford High School in 1952. He then served in the US Navy.
Tony worked as a supervisor at the FAA in Leesburg until retirement. He enjoyed playing in his band, The Clefs of Loudoun, music was his love.
A funeral service is being held March 25, 11 am, at Halls Funeral Home of Purcellville. A burial gathering will be held at Hillsboro Cemetery immediately following the service.
